Shane Chiang
Co-Founder & CEO
As Co-Founder and CEO of Momentum Z, Shane drives the firm’s vision as a premier cybersecurity partner. With a background spanning global leadership roles at major MNCs, his experience includes serving as CMO for HMD Global (Nokia) APAC and EVP of a major OEM in China. Beyond Momentum Z, Shane holds a directorship at a defense firm and mentors startups at local universities. He also serves on charitiable organizations.
He is also Co-Founder and serves on the board of CyberXCenter.

Matthias Yeo
Co-Founder & Advisory
Matthias is the Co-Founder and COO of Momentum Z, a Singapore-based cybersecurity firm specializing in Red Teaming and CISO-as-a-Service. A 20-year veteran in tech leadership, he serves as an independent Board Director and Technology Advisor for Tech Strait. Previously, Matthias was the CTO for Symantec and Blue Coat APAC, following a career in government cybersecurity research and a presidency at (ISC)²
He is the CEO of CyberXCenter, a research company.

Guy Bavly
Founder & CEO Actifile
Guy has more than 25 years of experience as a CIO and VP Product Management in the high-tech industry, managing product portfolios of more than $20M.
Prior to Actifile, Guy served as Global VP Product Management as SAP Cloud Platform, Head of Product Management and Customer Success for K2K, CIO for an Israeli insurance company, and one of the first employees of Jacada (one of the first Israeli high-tech IPOs in 1999), where he managed the global dev ops and IT team and was instrumental in the company growth from 15 to 350 employees in 4 years.
Guy is a graduate of the IDF Computer Sciences school and holds a BA in Biology and MBA in Marketing and IT from Tel Aviv University.
