Shane Chiang
Co-Founder & CEO
As Co-Founder and CEO of Momentum Z, Shane drives the firm’s vision as a premier cybersecurity partner. With a background spanning global leadership roles at major MNCs, his experience includes serving as CMO for HMD Global (Nokia) APAC and EVP of a major OEM in China. Beyond Momentum Z, Shane holds a directorship at a defense firm and mentors startups at local universities. He also serves on charitiable organizations. He is currently pursuing a Doctorate, focusing his research on the intersection of AI, cybersecurity, and sustainability.
He is also Co-Founder and serves on the board of CyberXCenter.

Matthias Yeo
Co-Founder & Advisory
Matthias is the Co-Founder and Advisory of Momentum Z, a Singapore-based cybersecurity firm specializing in Red Teaming and CISO-as-a-Service. A 20-year veteran in tech leadership, he serves as an independent Board Director and Technology Advisor for Tech Strait. Previously, Matthias was the CTO for Symantec and Blue Coat APAC, following a career in government cybersecurity research and a presidency at (ISC)²
He is the CEO of CyberXCenter, a cyber research company in the OT space and more.

Guy Bavly
Founder & CEO Actifile
With over 25 years of experience as a CIO and VP of Product Management, Guy has managed high-tech portfolios. His career is marked by leadership roles at SAP Cloud Platform, K2K, and an Israeli insurance firm, along with a pivotal early role at Jacada, where he helped scale the team from 15 to 350 through its 1999 IPO. An IDF Computer Sciences school graduate, he also holds a BA and an MBA from Tel Aviv University.
